Will SUGAR make my hair grow back thicker and what changes will I find in my hair?
No, your hair will not grow back thicker, SUGAR actually does the opposite. With regular SUGARING, the hair
follicles begins to shrink therefor, the hair will become very sparse and the texture will change. Together, in time, we will watch them shrink in diameter to a finer thinner hair.
How do I get through growing out my hair?
Odd as it sounds, stick deodorant will help you get through this difficult time of growth. Simply apply daily as needed. Keep in mind this is only a temporary and the results will be worth the wait.
Will I get ingrown hairs?
It’s possible but not likely. Clients are excited that their ingrown hairs are gone when they Sugar.
For anyone who gets ingrown hairs, gently exfoliate daily. This can be done by washing the area with a loofah sponge, glove or wash cloth.
Exfoliating is important for our bodies. Exfoliating will remove dead skin cells so that our skin can renew itself.
How long does my hair need to be?
SUGAR can remove hair that is 1/4th inch long. You should be able to reach this goal in 7 days after your last shave.
How much pain can I expect? .
It depends on your level of sensitivity and how course your hair is. The follicle of a thin hair is not as deep as a thick course hair. For most the process is not as bad as you think.
Will my skin become red and irritated?
It depends on your level of sensitivity. Unlike wax, SUGAR will only exfoliate therefore, redness and irritation are
minimal if you have any at all.

1. Taking Ibuprofen 30 minutes prior to SUGARING can help with discomfort.
2. Remember, women are most sensitive during menstruation. This may not be the time for you to SUGAR.
3. Please exfoliate the morning before your appointment.
